Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Contract Ads Manager to manage paid advertising campaigns for 12-15 clients on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per month). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with LinkedIn Ads experience being a significant asset. You will be responsible for obtaining client ad account access , developing ad strategies, creating compelling ad content, and consistently monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Access:
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns for 12-15 clients simultaneously.
    • Obtain necessary access to client ad accounts (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding campaign performance and strategy.
    • Troubleshoot issues with ads managers/access as required. 
  • Ad Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop tailored ad strategies for each client, aligning with their specific business objectives and target audiences.
    • Build targeting that aligns with the target market identified in the overall social media strategy.
    • Create campaign plans and timelines.
  • Ad Creation & Execution:
    • Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets for Meta and TikTok Ads in collaboration with Creative Team.
    • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
    • Ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS).
    • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Share key performance insights and recommendations for each client weekly, delivered via the Account Manager.
    • Contribute detailed reporting for each client at their Quarterly Strategic Planning Session. 
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
    • Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager is a significant asset.
    • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and advertising industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising best practices and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Is hungry for work, opportunities to learn, create, grow and contribute.
  • Isn’t afraid of accountability and a culture of open feedback and communication.
