Casey has been part of this organization for nearly eight years now (since Day 1 baby!)–starting as a Graphic Designer. Because of this, she knows the ins and outs of our values, our processes, our clients, and our secret to success better than anyone else. Casey is a leader that is passionate about the success of her team and is committed to ensuring all of our Brand Experience Managers are mentored, challenged, and given ample opportunities to grow and succeed. As our Chief Creative Officer, she is also responsible to ensure our clients receive the five-star service they are accustomed to.

Tessa May Marr is an entrepreneur at heart and proud to lead a 100% virtual social media marketing agency of exceptionally talented and relentless Social Media Managers! Tessa is a pioneer in her leadership style, with a strong focus on work/life balance, empathy, and a whole-human approach. She has developed unique practices throughout the years of building and leading a remote, creative team and breathes new life into the agency format. She’s also a passionate wine connoisseur, an avid traveler and has a very codependent relationship with her pup Finn.

Alli acts as our Director of Finance and Administration, ensuring our financial strategy is as effective as possible. She is an incredibly steady and reliable force within our team and ensures no details are overlooked. Having her on our team allows everyone else to focus on what they’re good at while making sure the trains run on time (and that everyone gets paid!). She’s committed to ensuring the company remains financially viable and able to serve our clients and provide for our team as we grow. She spends her free time with “The Ladies”... her gaggle of daughters who always keep her on her toes.

Natasha, connecting remotely from Kelowna, BC, brings with her nearly a decade of experience in professional marketing and sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Marketing with Honors from Griffith University in Australia. Natasha is focused on aligning Marr Media with organizations that have shared values, pairing our team with brands they are creatively inspired by. Leveraging her extensive background, including the ownership and subsequent sale of her full-service agency, Natasha is poised to lay the groundwork for achieving our promise of meaningful growth with great people.

Brie is an enthusiastic content creator with an eye for design and a love for social media. She believes in the power of community and is dedicated to nurturing online followers into lifelong clients. Brie holds a degree in Fashion Communications and a minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University. With over seven years of experience in freelance digital marketing, Brie brings commitment and creativity to every project. During her free time, this social butterfly can be found volunteering in her community, experiencing new restaurants with friends and travelling with her family.

Jamie is a communications professional with a strong interest in social media and has an educational background in public relations and marketing. They have almost a decade of agency experience and have worked across multiple industries. Jamie excels in utilizing their creativity to amplify brands and loves to pair it with a thoughtful social media strategy–including paid and organic. On Jamie's days off, you can find them appreciating the outdoors hiking or snowboarding, and finishing the day with a good beer!

As a social media professional with seven years of experience, Rabeeya has always been passionate about using the power of social media to create positive change. Whether it's raising awareness about important issues or connecting with like-minded individuals, she believes that social media has the potential to bring people together in powerful ways. When she isn't being a rockstar cat mom, you can find Rabeeya running her women-only group designed for women to connect and share their stories without fear of judgment or discrimination.

Amanda hails from Newfoundland and brings that East Coast hospitality to her account management style. With a strong background in business management, Amanda developed a love and appreciation for sales and marketing. She believes that, at its core, social media is about creating connections and recognizes that it has transformed how we build relationships, with people, as well as brands. Passionate about teamwork, she loves being a part of such a creative and collaborative team. During her free time, Amanda can be found hiking Newfoundland’s rugged coastline, playing amateur chef, or attempting to keep up with her energetic young son.

With a digital marketing certification from the University of Calgary and halfway through earning a graphic design certification from the same esteemed institution, Megan brings a perfect blend of creativity and professionalism to every project. With seven years of entrepreneurial experience under her belt, both working in social media and as a country music artist, Megan has a wide range of knowledge in crafting compelling content and navigating the dynamic world of social media. Her passion lies in telling authentic stories that resonate with audiences, helping companies and brands forge meaningful connections. Maggie is our resident east coaster who brings marketing experience from her time in the hospitality industry. With her background in running social media accounts for restaurants and hotels, Maggie has a passion for showing off the products her clients have to offer. Out of the office, Maggie enjoys baking for her friends and family, crocheting and badminton!

Emily joins us as a content creator from Kelowna, BC! With an agency background, Emily has provided work for clients in the hospitality, industrial, retail, and medical fields. Her passion for turning creative ideas into valuable content is what she loves most about working in the wonderful world of social media. As an individual who loves all things visual, graphic design and photography are Emily's bread and butter. She has a love for the performance arts, often auditioning for local projects and spending time in the great outdoors, either hiking or snowboarding!

Kylee has been in the content creation game for over 10 years. She came to Marr with a background in media, specifically radio and understands what it takes to make your brand stand out in the sea of sameness. Whether you’re looking for original content, someone who understands influencer marketing or a face to represent your brand, Kylee is your girl. Oh! And one time she ate a full roast chicken in one sitting.

With over 8 years of experience in brand and content marketing, Caila brings a strategic and creative approach to the MMG team. Specializing in digital content creation, social media strategy, and campaign management, Caila has a proven track record of driving engagement and building brand loyalty across various platforms.When she’s not crafting compelling narratives for brands, Caila can often be found playing her music at a local venue or paddle boarding in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

Professional yapper, officially a graphic designer and content creator with over six years of experience. Ailís specializes in building brands and creating visually compelling content. Her skills span social media management, art direction, UGC, and impactful design for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Ailís enjoys engaging her audience with relatable content about adult life and keeps her creativity flowing through acting, dancing, reading, and signing (out of tune).
