The Role & Relationships:
Our Account Managers report directly to the Managing Director and oversee all aspects of social media management to drive results and maintain strong client relationships. They are accountable for the overall performance, strategic direction, and client satisfaction/retention of their accounts. They will work closely with Social Media Coordinators (SMCs) and other contractors to ensure the execution of the strategy across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, hosting meetings and ensuring responsiveness through all communication channels.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Accountable for overall client satisfaction and retention.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute tailored social media marketing strategies for each client.
- Coordinate execution with the Creative Team, and other contractors as required.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Report back to the client on the effectiveness of social media efforts to maximize results.
Collaboration & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Proof all content and ensure all client output meets top-quality standards.
- Oversee profitability (hours) and ensure projects stay on track.
Growth & Innovation
- Upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
- Accountable for revising the strategy and setting new goals/targets every quarter ensuring optimizing for continued growth and success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
EOS
- Participate in special projects as required (Rocks).
- Attend internal meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually) to contribute to company growth within the EOS system.
Requirements
- Ability to manage ~$35-40K in monthly recurring revenue, equating to about 6-8 client accounts
- Exceptional customer service skills and an aptitude for problem-solving or relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive impactful solutions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed client expectations

The Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000
